What comes to mind when you read, “Rhythms of Grace?”
When you think of “rhythms,” you might consider how in music, “rhythm” is what provides a composition structure. The rhythm serves as a driving force to propel a musical piece forward and to offer a beautiful sound to all who listen. In physical form, we have body rhythms called “circadian rhythms.” These govern our physical bodies and let us know when it’s time to wake up, to sleep, to be active and they determine how much energy we have.
“Grace” is God’s unmerited, undeserved favor that brings about effective change in our hearts and lives. His Grace is a gift given to us by the death and resurrection of Christ and it offers, to those who receive it, a new life, redeemed and saved for all eternity.
Several years ago, the Lord revealed to me how He was continually at work interweaving His grace into all the different seasons of my life. I began to see how through each trial, each victory, God was always faithful. His all-sufficient grace was a beautiful rhythm that guided my every step. It was not only a one-time gift, but rather an ongoing experience. His grace would offer me not only forgiveness but empowerment over every area of my life…. for the rest of my life. I began to see this as a beautiful dance with my Savior. Jesus, leading me to live in the ‘Rhythms of His grace’.
I now have come to believe that this is a gift that is to be shared. As a coach, I consider it a privilege to walk alongside of others as they too explore these rhythms of His grace over their own lives. Together we learn to listen for ways the Holy Spirit is leading. By providing you space to process your thoughts, I help you create new awareness and discover new possibilities for your life!
